Islamabad, November 2024 – The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa, held a pivotal meeting to evaluate the progress of several Islamabad development projects aimed at transforming Islamabad’s infrastructure and urban landscape.

The CDA Environment Wing was tasked with enhancing landscaping efforts around key areas, including the Business Facilitation Centre. Chairman Randhawa called for daily progress reports to ensure consistent advancements.
4. Parking Plazas and Traffic Management
Updates on the Parking Plazas project revealed pending issues with contractors, prompting the chairman to expedite resolutions. Traffic congestion on Park Road was addressed as a priority, with measures planned to alleviate bottlenecks and speed up project completion.
5. Islamabad Expressway Improvements
Critical work on the Islamabad Expressway, including T-Chowk and drainage along Pothwar Avenue, was directed to be completed swiftly. The chairman also discussed developments on the Serena Chowk and Jinnah Avenue Interchanges, urging close coordination for timely completion.
