Islamabad: Islamabad residents can now enjoy smoother commutes as the Serena Chowk Underpass is partially open for traffic. The CDA representative announced that the link and slip roads of the underpass are now complete, significantly improving traffic flow. Additionally, structural work on two other underpasses along the Srinagar Highway has been finalized. During his recent site visit, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa praised the construction team for their efforts. He highlighted the operational status of the underpass on Suhrawardy Road, which now provides immediate relief to commuters struggling with daily traffic blockages.
