The Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently organized an e-balloting event, allotting 236 residential plots in Sector C-14, Islamabad. This sector, situated at the base of the Margalla Hills, has gained popularity due to its scenic location and modern amenities.

CDA Ensures Fair and Transparent E-Balloting
On January 14, 2025, CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa supervised the event, ensuring a transparent process. With technical assistance from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), the CDA conducted the e-balloting smoothly. Participants submitted seed numbers, which CDA used for random selection to maintain fairness.
Special Preference for Overseas Pakistanis
During the allocation procedure, the CDA gave priority to applications from Pakistanis living abroad. However, if successful applicants fail to complete their payments by the deadline, officials will allocate the plots to individuals on the waiting list. The CDA recorded a high level of interest, as over 1,700 applications competed for a limited number of plots.
