Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is gearing up for its upcoming commercial plots auction, expecting strong investor participation. The auction will feature prime commercial plots in Islamabad’s Blue Area, as well as other Marakaz. Additionally, Class-III shopping center plots and ready-for-business shops in the Blue Area Parking Plaza will be available for bidding.

CDA Commercial Plots Auction Plans & Investment Opportunities
Although the CDA has not yet announced an official auction date, sources indicate that it may take place next month. In a recent meeting at the CDA Headquarters, Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa directed officials to create profitable investment opportunities for potential buyers. The meeting, attended by CDA board members and the auction committee, focused on selecting business-friendly plots to attract investors.
The auction will offer commercial plots, industrial plots, hotel plots, and apartment plots. Investors will also have the option of an easy installment plan. However, for ready-for-possession shops in the Blue Area Parking Plaza, buyers must clear their dues within six months, as the two-year installment plan does not apply.
